Blue Sea Capital Acquires Rhino Tool House from Wincove Private Holdings

Blue Sea Capital, a West Palm Beach-based private equity firm, has acquired Rhino Tool House, a Concord, North Carolina-based distributor of assembly tools and material handling solutions, from Wincove Private Holdings. The deal (terms undisclosed) will support Rhino Tool House's organic growth, geographic expansion across the U.S., and continued pursuit of complementary add-on acquisitions.
