Priority OnDemand Acquires OnDemand Visit

Priority Ambulance’s parent company rebranded as Priority OnDemand and announced the acquisition of telehealth provider OnDemand Visit to expand its telehealth and technology-enabled care offerings. OnDemand Visit will continue to be led by CEO Ashish Mehta and its team will join Priority OnDemand as the company integrates telehealth, patient logistics and EMS services to deliver care outside traditional settings.
