Gladstone Investment Corporation partnered with Xyresic Capital to acquire Home Concepts Holdings, LLC on May 12, 2023; Gladstone provided senior secured debt and the majority of the equity to complete the transaction. Headquartered in Santa Barbara, California, Home Concepts is the largest independently owned home improvement advertising publication in the U.S., mailing to more than 3.8 million homeowners across multiple states; the investors plan to support expansion into new markets and additional advertising channels.

RiverGlade Capital Acquires Home Helpers Home Care

The Edgewater Funds Exits Homecare Holdings

The Edgewater Funds has sold its ownership interest in Homecare Holdings, a Sarasota, Florida–based provider of home health and post-acute services with operations across 17 MSAs in Florida and Texas. Edgewater formed HCH in 2018 with industry executive Judy Bishop and helped scale the platform through five strategic acquisitions; the buyer was not disclosed in the announcement.
