Everyday Health Group, a division of Ziff Davis, acquired Mom Media, a creator-focused media and events company best known for the Mom 2.0 Summit and Iris Awards. The deal brings Everyday Health Group influencer marketing, content creation, and event-production capabilities to its pregnancy and parenting portfolio (including BabyCenter and What to Expect) and preserves Mom Media's leadership team.
