iCoreConnect Inc. (OTC: ICCT) announced it has acquired the assets of ClariCare Inc., a provider of cloud-based dental practice management software. The acquisition expands iCoreConnect’s suite of cloud-based tools for dental and healthcare practices and brings ClariCare co-founder Patrick Malloy into iCoreConnect as a division president.

Spectrum Science Acquires Continuum Clinical

Ocutrx Technologies has acquired Spectrum Advanced Manufacturing Technologies, a Colorado Springs-based high-reliability electronics and assembly firm, to bring medical-device and hi-rel manufacturing capabilities in-house and repatriate supply chain operations to the U.S. Spectrum's founder Jeff Riggs will remain as a minority partner and CEO during integration, and Ocutrx plans to leverage Spectrum's process lines and ISO optics lab to scale AR/XR medical headsets and other devices in compliance with FDA and global standards.
