Artisan Design Group (ADG), a portfolio company of The Sterling Group, has acquired Pacific Carpets, a Huntington Beach, California-based turnkey supplier of carpet, hardwood, tile, countertops and luxury vinyl tile. The acquisition is an add-on to ADG aimed at expanding its presence in California—particularly in the multi-family and commercial markets—and complements ADG’s network of distribution, design and installation capabilities.
