TCGplayer will continue to operate autonomously while the deal expands eBay's trading-cards category and adds omnichannel capabilities such as order fulfillment, cart optimization and seller tools.

Epicor Acquires CBC Computer Systems (Decor Fusion POS)

Banyan Software Acquires CFS Solutions
