TCGplayer has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire CFB Group’s businesses — ChannelFireball (content, marketplace, events) and BinderPOS (inventory management and POS). The deal brings together TCGplayer’s marketplace and authentication capabilities with ChannelFireball’s content and BinderPOS’s retail POS/SaaS capabilities to deepen retailer integration and expand into broader collectibles verticals.
