SailPoint Technologies has acquired SecZetta, a provider of third‑party identity risk solutions, to expand its Identity Security Cloud capabilities to cover non‑employee identities. The acquisition integrates SecZetta’s third‑party identity discovery, risk and identity proofing capabilities into SailPoint’s platform to give enterprises centralized visibility and governance for contractors, contingent workers and other non‑employee identities.
