Imperva Acquires jSonar

Imperva has entered into an agreement to acquire jSonar, a provider of modern database and data-security software, to expand Imperva’s data security capabilities across on‑premises, cloud and DBaaS environments. The deal will combine jSonar’s analytics and SOAR capabilities with Imperva’s application and data security product lines; jSonar CTO Ron Bennatan will join Imperva to lead the combined Data Security business.
