Cloud Technology Solutions Group (CTS), a Marlin Equity Partners portfolio company, has signed a definitive agreement to merge with Appsbroker to create the largest Google Cloud-dedicated digital consultancy in Europe. The combined business will scale Google Cloud, AI, data, martech and cloud-security capabilities and accelerate expansion across the U.K. and EMEA, supported by Marlin (and with NorthEdge acknowledged as a prior investor in CTS).
