DocuSign Acquires Liveoak Technologies

DocuSign has acquired Austin-based Liveoak Technologies in an all-stock transaction valued at $38 million. DocuSign will integrate Liveoak's web-based video collaboration, identity verification and secure agreement platform to accelerate the launch of DocuSign Notary and expand remote online notarization and assisted-agreement capabilities.
