PandaDoc has acquired LiveNotary, a developer of remote online notarization technology, and has launched PandaDoc Notary to provide 100% online notarizations integrated into its document workflow platform. The acquisition expands PandaDoc's capabilities for SMB customers by adding secure, cloud-based e-notary functionality and audiovisual credential verification to its product suite; financial terms were not disclosed.

V (LOKV) that values the combined company at a pro forma enterprise value of $746 million and is expected to close in Q2 2026. The deal is expected to deliver up to $333 million of net proceeds (including a $126 million PIPE anchored by accounts advised by T. Rowe Price) to fund Teamshares’ acquisition-driven growth; Teamshares reported four 4Q25 acquisitions with combined LTM EBITDA exceeding $15 million.

DocuSign Acquires Lexion for $165M

DocuSign has agreed to acquire Lexion, a Seattle-based AI-powered contract and agreement management startup, for $165 million in cash. The acquisition will fold Lexion's AI-driven contract understanding, drafting and workflow capabilities into DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform to accelerate product innovation and deepen AI capabilities for customers.

Onit Acquires SecureDocs

airSlate Acquires DocHub
