Ai‑Media Acquires US Captioning Providers Caption IT and CaptionAccess

Australia-based Ai‑Media announced on December 14, 2020 that it will acquire US captioning and access providers Caption IT (Wisconsin) and CaptionAccess (Illinois) for a combined USD 1.9 million (approx. USD 1.6m cash and USD 0.3m in shares). The purchases (expected to complete January 4, 2021) strengthen Ai‑Media's US presence, add complementary corporate, education and government customer relationships, and are expected to modestly benefit FY21 EBITDA and EPS.
