An affiliate of New Enterprise Associates (NEA) completed a take-private merger to acquire NeueHealth, Inc. at an enterprise value of approximately $1.465 billion. Public holders of NeueHealth common stock received $7.33 per share; certain existing investors (including NEA and 12 other investors) and NeueHealth’s executive leadership rolled their equity into the privately held company as part of the transaction.

WELL / CRH Medical Acquires 85% Stake in New England Anesthesia Associates

WELL Health Technologies' wholly owned subsidiary CRH Medical Corporation acquired an 85% stake in New England Anesthesia Associates LLC, expanding CRH's anesthesia footprint into Connecticut. NEAA provides anesthesia services to an ambulatory surgical center in Guilford, Connecticut, has an estimated annualized revenue run-rate of approximately US$3.6 million with ~40% operating EBITDA margins, and adds 17 practitioners to CRH's network; the transaction was completed at under 5x trailing operating EBITDA.

PCMI Acquires StoneEagle Enterprise Solutions Business Unit

Sharecare Acquires WhiteHatAI
