Inland Pipe Rehabilitation (IPR), a portfolio company of J.F. Lehman & Company, has completed the acquisition of Granite Inliner and affiliated companies from Granite Construction Incorporated. The add-on expands IPR's trenchless pipe rehabilitation capabilities (CIPP, UV-cured liners, geopolymer solutions and manhole renewal), adds manufacturing and R&D capabilities, and broadens the combined company's geographic presence across North America.

Lehman & Company has combined Inland Pipe Rehabilitation, Inliner Solutions, and Murphy Pipeline Contractors into a single portfolio company rebranded as PURIS, a provider of trenchless water infrastructure rehabilitation. The deal creates a North American platform offering CIPP, pipe bursting, CompressionFit HDPE lining and in-house inspection and liner manufacturing to serve municipal sanitary, storm and potable water markets.

Waterline Renewal Technologies Acquires Pipe Lining Supply

Waterline Renewal Technologies, a portfolio company of Behrman Capital, has acquired Pipe Lining Supply, a national supplier of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lateral lining and DWV sewer rehabilitation materials and equipment. The add-on acquisition expands Waterline's trenchless pipeline rehabilitation product and distribution capabilities in North America; financial terms were not disclosed and Adams Street Partners provided debt financing.

Behrman Capital Acquires Waterline Renewal Technologies

Behrman Capital, a private equity firm, has acquired Waterline Renewal Technologies, a provider of engineered trenchless rehabilitation products and technologies for wastewater infrastructure. Waterline — previously a division of Triwater Holdings — will be led by its existing management team and will partner with Behrman to pursue growth initiatives, including technology expansion and selective add-on acquisitions.
