Partners Warehouse, a portfolio company of Red Arts Capital, has acquired PSS Distribution Services, a Northeast third-party logistics (3PL) provider headquartered in Jamesburg, New Jersey. The add-on expands Partners Warehouse's East Coast footprint, strengthens its food- and ingredients-focused warehousing capabilities, and broadens its service offering for retail, grocery and e-commerce customers.

The deal closed on November 1 and expands Lineage's Midwest footprint and access to the protein corridor and intermodal export capacity via onsite rail at ColdPoint's 621,000-square-foot facility.

The deal expands Lineage’s Pacific Northwest network and provides a strategic footprint at the Port of Bellingham to better serve seafood, agriculture and broader food & beverage customers.

Lineage Logistics Acquires Ontario Refrigerated Services to Launch Canadian Platform

Lineage Logistics signed a definitive agreement to acquire Ontario Refrigerated Services, a family-operated cold storage provider with four facilities in the Greater Toronto market, marking Lineage's entry into Canada. The deal, made in partnership with CapCold Group Inc. (formed by Robert and Patrick Molyneux), adds ~510,000 sq ft (16.2 million cubic feet) and ~100,000 pallet positions of refrigerated capacity; financial terms were not disclosed.
