ImagineSoftware, the Mountaingate Capital-backed RCM SaaS platform, has acquired ProviderAlly, a provider of payment reconciliation and accounting reconciliation services for the healthcare revenue cycle. The add-on expands ImagineSoftware's billing automation and reconciliation capabilities and is the platform's first acquisition since partnering with Mountaingate Capital in 2018.
