Thermal Solutions Manufacturing Acquires Alfa Laval Champ

Thermal Solutions Manufacturing (TSM), a portfolio company of Altus Capital Partners III, L.P., has acquired Alfa Laval Champ, a specialty tubular heat exchanger business unit of Alfa Laval. The acquisition (to be rebranded TSM Champ) expands TSM's production capacity, engineering capabilities and product breadth to better serve marine, heavy-duty transport and industrial OEM customers.

Resilience Capital Partners Acquires TSS Technologies

Resilience Capital Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity firm, has acquired TSS Technologies, a West Chester, Ohio-based provider of custom automation systems and contract manufacturing. Resilience said it will operate TSS as a new platform to expand capabilities in highly engineered automation solutions, with a focus on medical device and life sciences end markets; TSS's CEO Marc Drapp will remain in place.

Regent Acquires Thermal Acoustical Solutions (TAS) Business Unit from Alkegen

Thermal Product Solutions LLC (TPS), a New Columbia, Pennsylvania-based thermal-processing equipment manufacturer, has acquired Redline Chambers, a Clearfield (Salt Lake City), Utah-based maker of vacuum chambers and systems. The purchase expands TPS’s vacuum chamber and test-systems capabilities to better serve aerospace, defense, medical and electronics customers as part of its family of thermal processing and test brands.
