Daikin Completes Acquisition of CCOM Group, Inc.

Daikin Comfort Technologies North America, Inc. closed the acquisition of CCOM Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries for $2.71 per share, making CCOM a wholly owned business unit while it continues to operate from its Hawthorne, New Jersey headquarters. The purchase expands Daikin's distribution footprint and product availability across 15 CCOM locations in New Jersey, New York and Massachusetts, supporting Daikin's FUSION 25 strategy to grow HVAC presence in North America.
