Horizon Capital‑backed workplace technology group Agilico has acquired Capital Document Solutions Limited, Agilico’s largest acquisition to date by revenue, headcount and machines in the field. The deal expands Agilico’s UK footprint and managed print capabilities—raising machines in the field to over 40,000 and the group’s customer base to roughly 13,000, largely SME clients.

Agilico (Horizon-backed) Acquires Leemic

Horizon Capital-backed Agilico has acquired Leemic, a Stockport-based managed print and document services provider, adding approximately £3.5m of revenue and taking group revenues close to £70m. The deal strengthens Agilico’s presence in the North of England (operations in Gateshead, York and Manchester) and provides a platform to expand into Scotland where Leemic operates.
