Soutron Global, a portfolio company backed by Bloom Equity Partners and Atlasview Equity Partners, has acquired Auto-Graphics, Inc. (parent: Agent Information Software, Inc.) in a take‑private, add‑on transaction that expands Soutron’s library management and resource‑sharing SaaS capabilities. The deal consolidates Auto‑Graphics’ large North American library customer base (over 6,000 libraries) into Soutron’s platform to accelerate product capability expansion and market penetration.

Wellspring Acquires Sopheon to Create End-to-End InnovationOps Provider

The combined company—led by CEO Sean Downs—will expand Wellspring's product and service capabilities across corporate, academic and government R&D ecosystems; Raymond James served as financial advisor to Wellspring and Resurgens.

Global Graphics PLC Acquires Xitron, LLC

Global Graphics PLC (Euronext: GLOG) acquired Xitron, LLC, a prepress workflow and RIP software provider headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, for $4.5 million in cash. The acquisition expands Global Graphics’ digital print and industrial inkjet capabilities and complements its Harlequin RIP-based product family and digital front-end offerings.

Symphony Technology Group Acquires SAI360 from BPEA EQT

Symphony Technology Group (STG) has entered into and completed a definitive agreement to acquire SAI360, a Chicago‑headquartered cloud risk management and compliance SaaS provider, from BPEA EQT (BPEA Fund VI). The acquisition (terms not disclosed) is intended to accelerate SAI360's product innovation and growth while expanding STG's portfolio in software, data and analytics. The transaction was subject to customary regulatory approvals and closed in 2023 (expected/announced Q2 2023 in press releases).
