CPC, LLC completed the acquisition of Trades Holding Company, a Columbus, Ohio-based franchisee operator of Mr. Rooter and Mr. Electric that also operates Right Restoration water mitigation services. Trades employs ~250 full-time employees across three Ohio markets and will remain led by President Megan McKay as CPC expands the platform's service lines and geographic footprint.

Trades Holding Co., a CPC-backed franchise operator, acquired the assets of American Eagle Plumbing and Drain Cleaning, LLC (dba Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Greater Cincinnati, Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Dayton, and Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Florence). The add-on expands Trades' footprint across Southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana and was completed as part of the founders' succession planning.

Trades Holding Co., LLC, a portfolio company of CPC, acquired the assets of multiple franchise locations including Mr. Rooter Plumbing units in Muncie, Anderson and Indianapolis/Central Indiana, Aire Serv of Muncie, and Rainbow Restoration of Carmel. The add-on deal expands Trades' footprint into Central Indiana and adds HVAC and restoration capabilities while the sellers — the Kantners and the Ulloms — transition ownership (with some founders retiring or staying on to support integration).

Len The Plumber (TSCP Portfolio) Acquires Larry & Sons Plumbing & Heating

Len The Plumber, a Thompson Street Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Larry & Sons Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Drain, and Electrical Services, a residential plumbing and HVAC company based in Hagerstown, Maryland. The add-on deal expands Len The Plumber's service capabilities (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) and footprint in the Mid-Atlantic region; terms were not disclosed.

Royal House Partners Acquires Craftsman Plumbing Company

Royal House Partners (backed by CPS Capital and 1801 Holdings) has acquired Craftsman Plumbing Company of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri, as an add-on to expand its plumbing footprint in the St. Louis region. Craftsman, a residential and light commercial plumbing services provider with 20+ years in the market, will join RHP's portfolio to extend the platform's service reach west of St. Louis; owner Eric Rios is partnering with RHP in the transaction.

The Vortex Companies Acquires Trenchless Pipe Repairs LLC

The Vortex Companies has acquired the assets of Trenchless Pipe Repairs LLC (TPR), a trenchless sewer and drain services provider based in Sumner, Washington. The acquisition expands Vortex's geographic reach and service capabilities in the Pacific Northwest while bringing TPR founder Nick Patrick into a national product/management role.
