Relation Insurance Services Acquires Assets of Perry Insurance Group

Relation Insurance Services, a PE-backed national insurance brokerage, has acquired the assets of Perry Insurance Group, a Lexington, South Carolina-based insurance agency. The acquisition expands Relation's footprint and capabilities across South Carolina—particularly in small commercial, middle-market commercial and personal lines—and David Perry will continue with Relation as a leader in Relation Select.
