mdf commerce inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Periscope Holdings, Inc. from Parthenon Capital Partners in a transaction valuing Periscope at $207.3 million, expected to close in Q3 2021. The deal combines mdf commerce's SaaS commerce platforms with Periscope's U.S. public-sector eProcurement offerings to create a North American eProcurement leader; Parthenon will remain a shareholder in the combined entity.
