(ETI), the Fields Landing, California–based maker of EnviroTex, EasyCast and other consumer epoxy, resin and mold-making products. The acquisition is an add-on to Polytek's platform that strengthens its consumer mold-making and casting product portfolio and expands distribution into retail arts-and-crafts markets; ETI founder David Fonsen will remain through the integration.
