Desktop Metal Acquires Aerosint

Desktop Metal has acquired Aerosint, a Belgium-based pioneer of selective powder deposition systems that enable multi-material powder-bed additive manufacturing. Aerosint will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary led by its founders while Desktop Metal plans to industrialize and integrate Aerosint's technology into its AM product portfolio over the next two years.
