(Nasdaq: OPRX) has signed an agreement to acquire Scottsdale-based Medicx Health (Healthy Offers, Inc.) for $95 million, with certain Medicx managers rolling about $10.5 million into OptimizeRx stock. The acquisition will expand OptimizeRx's omnichannel reach by adding Medicx's patient-focused Micro-Neighborhood Targeting platform and analytics, and is expected to be immediately accretive and to increase consolidated revenue run-rate toward $100 million.
