The Riverside Company has acquired Red Nucleus Enterprises, LLC, a Yardley, Pennsylvania-based provider of digital learning and regulatory compliance services for the life sciences industry. Renovus Capital Partners sold the company to Riverside but retained a minority equity stake and will continue to support future growth; Riverside plans to expand Red Nucleus's training offerings, technology capabilities and pursue add-on acquisitions.

The transaction, announced in March 2021, is an add-on to Riverside’s Red Nucleus platform to expand virtual clinical trial and SaaS capabilities for rare disease and specialty pharma clients.
