Kodiak Building Partners has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Carpenter Contractors of America, Inc. (CCA) from the Thiel family; the transaction is expected to close in October. CCA, headquartered in Pompano Beach, Florida, provides fabricated lumber components and field installation services across the Midwest, Carolinas and Florida, employs nearly 2,000 people, and will remain led by existing management under Kodiak.
