Light & Wonder, Inc. acquired substantially all of the assets of House Advantage, LLC in a cash transaction to strengthen its systems business with omnichannel player loyalty and marketing solutions. House Advantage founder and CEO Jon Wolfe will join Light & Wonder as SVP and President, Global Systems and Services, and approximately 20 House Advantage employees will transfer to Light & Wonder.

OpenBet, a leading sports-betting platform and services provider with more than 1,000 employees, will join Endeavor's IMG ARENA to form a new Sports Data & Technology segment and expand Endeavor's capabilities in the sports betting ecosystem.
