Flexjet Acquires Constant Aviation

Flexjet has acquired Constant Aviation, an aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) provider, and will integrate Constant's facilities and AOG mobile response network into its operations. The acquisition expands Flexjet's in-house maintenance capabilities and footprint (including Cleveland and Orlando facilities), supports fleet growth and adds rotorcraft and UAS MRO capabilities.

Precision Aviation Group Acquires EFIX Aviation Support

Precision Aviation Group (a portfolio company of GenNx360 Capital Partners) has acquired Brazil-based EFIX Aviation Support, an ANAC- and EASA-certified MRO provider based in São José dos Campos. The add-on expands PAG's MRO capabilities (landing gear, hydraulic/pneumatic, avionics, accessories) and strengthens its footprint and in-country support in Brazil and broader Latin America.

The Blackhawk Group Acquires Glendale Aero Services' MRO Business

The Blackhawk Group, a portfolio company of New State Capital Partners, has acquired the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) business of Glendale Aero Services and will rebrand the operation as a Blackhawk Performance Center (BPC-Glendale). The acquisition expands The Blackhawk Group’s Performance Center network and adds specialized Cirrus SR/Vision Jet and Cessna MRO, CAPS and avionics capabilities; Glendale’s Director of Maintenance, John Fisher, will remain in place. Terms were not disclosed.

Bombardier Acquires Velocity Maintenance Solutions

Bombardier, through its U.S. subsidiary Learjet Inc., has acquired Velocity Maintenance Solutions, a Wilmington, Delaware–based aircraft MRO provider. The acquisition — terms confidential — adds a 35,000 sq. ft. hangar and 14 mobile repair trucks to Bombardier’s service network, expanding its U.S. MRO and AOG capabilities and supporting its services growth strategy.

Northern Jet Acquires FAA Part 145 Repair Station

Northern Jet announced the acquisition of a Part 145 Repair Station, adding FAA-certified maintenance capabilities to its operations. The move expands Northern Jet's in-house MRO capabilities to reduce downtime, increase oversight of maintenance quality, and decrease reliance on third-party vendors.

FL Technics Acquires Wright International

FL Technics, part of Avia Solutions Group, acquired Wright International, a Toronto Pearson–headquartered provider of aircraft line maintenance services, giving FL Technics a foothold in the North American MRO market. Wright International will continue to be led by its founders and will join FL Technics' global network of line- and base-maintenance operations.
