VAG, a portfolio company of AURELIUS Equity Opportunities, has completed the add-on acquisition of FKB Válvulas, a Brazil-based specialist manufacturer of penstocks and knife gate valves. The deal expands VAG's product offering in penstocks and knife gate valves and increases its footprint in Brazil while broadening its global customer base.

TITAN Group Acquires Vracs de L'Estuaire Cementitious Business in Le Havre, France

Valeo Networks Acquires Verus Technology Solutions

Financial terms were not disclosed.
