Ambienta Acquires Officine Maccaferri from Carlyle Global Credit, Stellex and Man GLG

Ambienta has agreed to acquire Officine Maccaferri S.p.A. from a shareholder group including Carlyle Global Credit, Stellex Capital Management and credit funds managed by Man GLG. The transaction, expected to close in Q2 2024 with financial terms undisclosed, transfers a global engineering and manufacturing business (2023 sales >€600m, ~3,000 employees) headquartered in Bologna, Italy to Ambienta.
