Anthem, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Integra Managed Care, a New York-based Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) plan that serves Medicaid beneficiaries. The deal expands Anthem's Medicaid business and adds Integra's care-management capabilities and approximately 40,000 covered members in the New York metro area to Anthem's Government Business Division; financial terms were not disclosed.

United Homes Group Acquires Creekside Custom Homes' Homebuilding Business

Creekside owner Jamie McLain and his team will join UHG’s Great Southern Homes Coastal division to support growth and secure future lot positions consistent with UHG’s land-light strategy.

Vantem Acquires Affinity Building Systems

Greensboro, North Carolina–based modular technology company Vantem has acquired Lakeland, Georgia–based Affinity Building Systems, a regional modular home manufacturer serving the Southeast. The deal expands Vantem’s U.S. footprint as part of a strategy to establish 20 plants nationwide and will integrate Vantem’s energy-efficient, climate-resilient building technology into Affinity’s product portfolio.

Dream Finders Homes Acquires Core Assets of Crescent Homes

Dream Finders Homes, Inc. acquired the core homebuilding assets of Crescent Ventures, LLC (operating as Crescent Homes), adding approximately 457 homesites, a backlog of ~460 homes (>$265 million) and ~6,200 owned/controlled lots.
