Celero Commerce, a Nashville-based commerce solutions provider backed by LLR Partners, has acquired FlashBanc, a Boca Raton–headquartered provider of electronic payments technology and loyalty solutions. The deal expands Celero's payments and loyalty capabilities, bringing the combined business to approximately 28,000 merchants and roughly $10 billion in annual payment volume while maintaining FlashBanc's Boca Raton and San Francisco-area offices.
