Ripple Industries Acquires Schumacher Electric Corporation from Lincolnshire Management

Private investment firm Ripple Industries LLC acquired Schumacher Electric Corporation from private equity firm Lincolnshire Management, Inc. The deal (terms not disclosed) transfers ownership of the Fort Worth-based battery charger and EV-charging products manufacturer to Ripple, which said it will work with management to pursue growth opportunities in EV charging, battery maintenance and e-commerce channels.
