On February 26, 2019, Argosy Investment Partners V, L.P. (together with its parallel fund) acquired Walpole Outdoors, a U.S.-based manufacturer and D2C marketer of high-end outdoor products. Argosy said it will work with Walpole’s management to implement growth strategies and operational improvements including manufacturing rationalization, marketing optimization, geographic expansion and e-commerce growth.

Arsenal Capital Partners, with BayPine, Acquires POLYWOOD from Mayfair Capital Partners

An investor group led by Arsenal Capital Partners, in partnership with BayPine LP, has acquired Poly-Wood, LLC (POLYWOOD) from Mayfair Capital Partners (a division of Oxford Financial Group). POLYWOOD is a vertically integrated manufacturer of recycled HDPE outdoor living products headquartered in Syracuse, Indiana, employing about 1,650 people; Arsenal and BayPine plan to invest in organic and inorganic growth and further develop the company's digital capabilities.
