Impact investor Summa Equity has completed an investment in UK-headquartered EA Technology, partnering with selling management and employee shareholders to scale the company's smart grid hardware, software and services. The deal (from Summa Equity Fund III) will support EA Technology's capability enhancement and international roll-out; EA reported ~£48m revenue in 2023 and around 300 employees.
