Patheous Health, a PE‑backed dysphagia healthcare platform based in Overland Park, Kansas, has acquired Carolina Speech Pathology, the largest U.S. provider of mobile FEES dysphagia imaging and education services headquartered in Apex, North Carolina. The acquisition expands Patheous's integrated dysphagia offering—adding FEES and education capabilities to its existing MBS diagnostic imaging services—and extends the platform's mobile dysphagia services across additional senior care markets and states.
