Tenex Capital Management has acquired Minuteman Security & Life Safety (Minuteman Security Technologies, Inc.) from Prospect Partners. Minuteman, an Andover, Massachusetts-based integrator of commercial security, fire, and life-safety systems with ~160 employees across 11 branches, will remain led by CEO Joe Lynch as Tenex looks to accelerate geographic expansion and entry into adjacent end markets.
