Trinity Health Acquires Majority Stake in Premier Health

Trinity Health acquired a majority ownership stake in Premier Health, a national operator of health system‑branded urgent care clinics headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Under the partnership Premier Health will operate about 20 existing Trinity Health urgent care locations and plans to significantly expand its urgent care footprint across multiple states to improve access and integrate urgent care with Trinity's broader care network.

Main Street’s capital package included first-lien senior secured term debt and a direct minority equity investment; the target (founded in 1999) cleans and matches provider information for third-party administrators and is headquartered in the Southeastern United States.

American Family Care Acquires Urgent Medcare Clinics
