Aquiline Capital Partners Acquires CoAdvantage from Morgan Stanley Capital Partners

Aquiline Capital Partners has entered a definitive agreement to acquire CoAdvantage, a Tampa-based professional employer organization (PEO), from investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. The deal (terms undisclosed) will keep CoAdvantage's management team in place as Aquiline supports the company's growth and acquisition strategy to expand its HR outsourcing and benefits administration capabilities.

Contemporary Leadership Advisors (CLA) has acquired Momentum Global (Momentum Global HR), a boutique human-capital advisory founded by former CHROs Scott Slipy and Suni Lobo. The deal brings Momentum Global's operator-led HR expertise and AI-enabled workforce insights into CLA, expanding the firm's strategic HR advisory and operating capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

PrestigePEO Acquires Advantage Personnel Resources, LLC

Melville, N.Y.-based PrestigePEO has acquired Gainesville, Fla.-based Advantage Personnel Resources, LLC (APR), a PEO that provides HR services, payroll administration, employee benefits and workers' compensation to SMBs across Florida and Georgia. The deal is an add-on to PrestigePEO's platform (backed by TriSpan) and is intended to expand PrestigePEO's geographic footprint in the southern U.S. while broadening its service capabilities and broker relationships.

G&A Partners Acquires Employer Advantage

G&A Partners has acquired Employer Advantage, a Joplin, Missouri-based provider of human resource services. The acquisition adds more than 500 client companies, roughly 11,000 worksite employees and 78 corporate employees to G&A's platform, expands its Midwest footprint, and will retain Employer Advantage's leadership with Jared Young joining G&A as Chief Mergers and Acquisitions Officer during the transition.
