Arxan Technologies, a provider of application protection and mobile app security solutions, has been acquired and combined with CollabNet VersionOne and XebiaLabs to form the TPG-backed Digital.ai value stream platform. TA Associates sold its stake in Arxan as part of the combination; financial terms were not disclosed. The deal integrates Arxan’s application-security capabilities into Digital.ai’s DevOps/DevSecOps platform to deliver a unified intelligent value stream for enterprise customers.

InMobi Acquires Appsumer Analytics Platform

ServiceNow signed an agreement to acquire the in‑app mobile analytics platform, intellectual property and R&D talent of Israel‑based Appsee. The deal will add deep user analytics capabilities to the Now Platform and bring Appsee's co‑founders and engineering team into ServiceNow (establishing a presence in central Tel‑Aviv); financial terms were not disclosed and the acquisition was expected to close by the end of Q2 2019.
