BV Investment Partners made a majority investment in Resource Innovations and concurrently combined the business with energy software and consulting firm Nexant to create a larger, integrated energy efficiency and software solutions platform. Lauren Casentini will lead the combined company as CEO as BV looks to accelerate product development and expand presence in demand response, distributed energy resources, and electrification markets.
