Unified, headquartered in Pennsauken, New Jersey, is a value-add distributor of commercial doors and related hardware operating across 31 locations and serving commercial, multi-family, healthcare, government and other end markets. The transaction adds Unified's locations and product capabilities to Foundation's family of brands.
