Monomoy Capital Partners has acquired Shaw Development, a family-owned designer and manufacturer of sensors and fluid management systems for diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) and related applications. Shaw, headquartered in Bonita Springs, Florida, operates three facilities in Florida and employs roughly 250 people; Monomoy said it will partner with management on a value-creation plan focused on cash flow and EBITDA growth.

The T2S founders will retain a significant minority stake and continue to lead the company as MDP provides capital and industry expertise to accelerate R&D, bring products to lead production, and expand mission-focused capabilities.
