Potentia Manufacturing Group Acquires New England Foundry, LLC

Potentia Manufacturing Group (an entity of Potential Holdings, LLC) has purchased New England Foundry, LLC, the former Anbar division of Edson International. New England Foundry will continue manufacturing at its updated Taunton, Massachusetts facility, providing sand-cast aluminum, brass and bronze components primarily for the marine, aerospace and industrial markets; Potentia said the acquisition creates synergistic opportunities across its family of precision manufacturing companies.
