MacQueen Equipment, via its MacQueen Emergency division and backed by Rotunda Capital Partners, has acquired Allegiant Emergency Services Inc., a Sioux Falls-based dealer of personal safety and firefighting equipment. The acquisition is an add-on to expand MacQueen Emergency's presence and service capabilities in South Dakota, with Allegiant continuing to operate out of its Sioux Falls location and being rebranded as MacQueen Emergency.

Warren Equity Partners has acquired MacQueen Equipment, a St. Paul-based value-added distributor of environmental and emergency equipment, from Rotunda Capital Partners. Rotunda had partnered with MacQueen since 2018 and grew the business through seven add-on acquisitions to a 15-location, 12-state platform; MacQueen's CEO Dan Gage will continue to lead the company under the new ownership.

Cairngorm Capital’s portfolio company E-zec Medical Transport Services has merged with ERS Transition Limited (trading as ERS Medical), creating the UK's largest specialist non-emergency patient transport provider. The enlarged group serves more than 50 commissioning bodies from 55 sites with approximately 2,500 specialist employees and 2022 combined revenues in excess of £100m; the deal strengthens geographic coverage and service capabilities while providing a platform for future growth.
