Singtel Acquires Pixable for $26.5M

Singapore Telecommunications Limited (Singtel) has acquired Pixable Inc., a social photo aggregation and intelligence startup, for US$26.5 million. Singtel said it will integrate Pixable’s predictive analytics and machine-learning photo-sorting technology into its digital offerings to provide enhanced photo services to its mobile customers across Asia and Africa.
