Friendly Group, a PE-backed home services platform, has acquired Day & Night Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing, a Phoenix-based HVAC and plumbing services company. Day & Night will continue to operate under its existing brand with owner Jeff Martin and GM Mike Littau; the deal expands Friendly Group’s presence in Arizona and is its fourth western-region add-on in the past year.

Allied, based in Jackson, Tennessee, provides repair, preventative maintenance and installation services to restaurants, grocery stores and institutions across Southwest Tennessee and Northern Mississippi, expanding Tech24's footprint in the Southeastern U.S.

A&M Capital Partners Acquires Majority Interest in The Arcticom Group

A&M Capital Partners (AMCP), an Alvarez & Marsal Capital-affiliated private equity firm, has acquired a majority interest in The Arcticom Group, a Walnut Creek, California-based provider of mission-critical commercial refrigeration and HVAC services. Arcticom's senior management will remain in place, and AMCP plans to use Arcticom as a platform to pursue add-on acquisitions and expand geographic and end-market presence across North America.

AmeriServ Financial Bank Merges AmeriServ Trust into AmeriServ Wealth & Capital Management

AmeriServ Financial, Inc. completed the merger of its subsidiary AmeriServ Trust and Financial Services Company into its subsidiary bank, AmeriServ Financial Bank, effective October 1, 2024. The former trust company will operate as a division called AmeriServ Wealth & Capital Management, with all staff retained and David Finui named president of the new wealth division to drive operational efficiencies and broaden client access to bank services.
