ECI Software Solutions has completed the acquisition of Merchant Systems Group Limited, the U.K. developer of the eCommonSense eCommerce and product data management platform for lumber & building materials and related dealers. The platform will join ECI’s LBM and Hardlines group and be used both as an integrated ecommerce capability for ECI’s cloud ERP offerings and as a standalone global eCommerce solution.
